Shifman Mattress is the ONLY mattress line that Honquest displays because of the standards to which it is made. Natural materials, true 8-way hand-tied box springs and each mattress is two-sided.
- The layers of natural materials add to durability. Synthetic material such as polyfoam will not hold up over time. Shifman Mattress uses mostly cotton which is highly durable and comfortable.
- A box spring is critical. A foundation for the mattress without springs can’t provide support and comfort. Shifman uses a box spring with coils in all their models! Ultra premium and the Masters Collection use an 8-way hand-tied Boxspring.
- The difference between a one-sided and two-sided mattress is that the two-sided mattress will last twice as long. A two-sided mattress gives you a much greater “comfort life.” Shifman Mattress only makes a two-sided mattress!
If your mattress is one-sided, doesn’t have a coiled box spring, and has a lot of synthetic materials, it won’t hold up and it’s not a Shifman! Once you’ve tried a Shifman mattress, you’ll understand why.
